$4,200 per month

Includes all services provided in Assisted Living plus the following:

• Custom square designed neighborhood with room for walking and outside courtyard area
• Secured unit with its own living and dining area
• Intense supervision
• Daily life skills program
• Assistance with all personal care to include bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care and mobility
• Weekly housekeeping and laundry as needed
